What is MINDFULNESS COACHING?

🧘 MINDFULNESS is the ability to be consciously present here and now. It means noticing what is happening — in your body, mind, and surroundings — with openness and without judgment. 🎯 COACHING is a conversation focused on change. It helps clarify what is truly important to you, find your own answers, strengthen your inner resources, and take concrete steps toward change.

What is my approach

During the sessions, I combine elements of mindfulness, coaching, inner parts work / inner team work (such as the inner child), and elements of non-violent communication.
 

We always begin with a short meditation to help you tune into yourself so the conversation can go deeper and get to the core of the issue.
 

Throughout the session, we may freely move between mindfulness and coaching tools and combine them according to your current needs. We will speak — and we will sit in silence. Clarity often arises in silence.
 

Sometimes, we won’t know the answers right away. And that’s perfectly fine. Only from not-knowing can something truly new emerge.
 

After the session, I will send you materials such as a guided meditation recording or a written summary of the coaching session.

🧘‍♂️ Introductory 15-min. call – free

🧘‍♂️ 1 session (60 min.) – 1500 CZK / 60 EUR 

🧘‍♀️ 5 sessions package – 6000 CZK / 240 EUR (48 EUR/session)

The package is intended for those who want to go deeper and ensure the changes last in everyday life. If you realize along the way that you need something different, I will refund the amount for any unused sessions.
