Do you want to feel the benefits of mindfulness and meditation, but the date of the course does not suit you or you want to focus specifically on your specific needs? Then one-to-one meetings are a good option.

What can I help you with?

  • Want to start practicing meditation or mindfulness and don't know where to start or how to do it 'right'

  • You are very stressed. You need to learn how to handle stressful situations better.

  • Your attention is slipping away, you are distracted, you need to concentrate better

  • When challenging feelings come, they overwhelm you, paralyze you and you don't know what to do with them.

  • You want to be more balanced, more resilient.

  • You feel restless, in your body or in your mind, you need to calm down.

  • You need to better understand what is actually happening inside you.

How the consultation is going

At the beginning of the first meeting, we will discuss your needs. Based on that, we will choose the approach. Usually, we would talk about how your mind and body function in the given area and how to work with them. Then, we will learn specific techniques tailored to the topic you are bringing.

Sometimes one meeting and the materials I send you after it is enough, sometimes several meetings are needed.

We can meet online or in person in Brno.

Price: 1000 CZK or 40 EUR / 60 - 75 min.
